1. Double-head counter-rotating concrete grinder
The double-head counter-rotating concrete grinding machine adopts three-phase 380V voltage, power 7-15HP, mechanical speed 150-290r/min, and can be equipped with three-claw counter-rotating planetary grinding head, the maximum rotation speed of the grinding head is 600r/min, and the maximum rotation speed is 1800r/min.
General floor grinder machinery is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation device, the main function is to adjust the grinding head running speed, different grinding processes should use different speeds, at the same time the frequency conversion device also has the function of soft start and the protection of the machine, soft start can not only improve the service life of the machine, but also avoid the ground heating and overheating during the machine start-up process, so that the ground is damaged.
Advantages: During the grinding process, the grinding traction of the two grinding heads can cancel each other, and the mechanical operation is relatively easy and stable. The cross grinding of the double grinding head can avoid the grinding blind spot between the grinding heads, and at the same time, due to the operation of the two grinding heads, the width increases, and the flatness of the construction will also be improved, which can meet the grinding construction of the soft ground and effectively improve the work efficiency.
Disadvantages: The mechanical grinding head adopts the reverse rotation operation mode, which has poor grinding performance compared with the planetary grinding head, and the efficiency for hard ground is low, and the mechanical manufacturing cost is higher if it is equipped with a planetary grinding head.
2. Three-head distribution planetary concrete grinding head grinder
The three-head distribution planetary grinding head grinding machine adopts three-phase 380V voltage and single-phase 220V voltage, power 5-15HP, the maximum speed of mechanical revolution 500r/min, and the maximum rotation speed of 700r/min-The characteristics of three-head distribution planetary grinding head grinding are that the rotation and rotation of the machine will adjust the speed ratio through the friction coefficient of the ground, reduce the power output of the machine, and improve the range of use of the machinery.
Advantages: Compared with the double-head counter-rotating grinding machine, the grinding force is increased, the hard ground has a better light effect, and the comprehensive ability of the machine is strong, and it can be used for polishing and surface treatment by adjusting the grinding head pressure.
It is difficult to operate on soft ground, which will increase the labor intensity of construction personnel.
Disadvantages: The grinding traction of the rotation and rotation of the distributed planetary grinding head can not completely cancel each other, which makes it difficult for the machinery to operate on the soft ground and increases the labor intensity of the construction personnel.
3. Three-head planetary grinding head concrete grinder
The three-head planetary grinding head grinder adopts three-phase 380V voltage, power 7.5-15HP, the highest rotation of mechanical revolution and rotation is a fixed speed ratio, and the grinding force of mechanical grinding is increased. 400r/min, maximum rotation speed 1500r/min. The three-head planetary grinding head grinder is characterized by a mechanical grinding head.
Advantages: The mechanical equipment is equipped with large power, large grinding width, large grinding force, to meet the construction needs of a large area, and equipped with vacuum vacuum holes for dry grinding construction.
Disadvantages: The speed ratio between the rotation of the grinding head and the revolution of the three-head planetary grinding head grinding machine can not be adjusted with each other, resulting in a large traction force for the operation of the machinery on the soft ground, which will increase the labor intensity of the construction personnel and reduce the scope of use of the machinery.
4. Four-head floor grinder
The main feature of the four-head floor grinding machine is that the mechanical grinding process is cross-grinding at the four heads, and the longitudinal and transverse traction of the grinding heads can cancel each other, and the cross-grinding of the four-head grinding heads can also avoid the grinding blind spot between the four grinding heads.

Disadvantages: Due to the non-planetary design of the mechanical grinding head, in order to meet the needs of the hard ground and improve the mechanical grinding force, the unit pressure of the mechanical grinding head is relatively increased, the mechanical weight is relatively increased, and the handling remains unchanged.

5. Ride-on floor grinder
The main feature of the ride-on grinding machine is that the walking speed and direction of the machine are controlled by the mechanical rocker in use, and the replacement of abrasives is controlled by electro-hydraulics, which effectively reduces the labor intensity, improves the construction standard, reduces the abrasive loss, increases the width and power of the mechanical grinding, has a large dead weight, increases the pressure of the relative mechanical grinding head, has large torque, and has excellent linear grinding performance.
